How we work

Four steps from China to a running European project.

Each step has a defined result and an engagement model you agree in advance. The scope is yours to set: a single report, support for one project, or the full market entrance up to your own European company. You can start at any step.

  1. Assess

Where your product fits in Europe, who buys it, and what it takes to sell it there.

  2. Enter

The first customers, partners and tenders – found, qualified and approached in your name.

  3. Deliver

Bid, contract, installation and ramp-up support on site, in your language and theirs.

  4. Comply

EU Battery Regulation, CE and customer requirements met before they become a problem.

Engagement

Four ways to work with us.

Day rate, fixed-price package, retainer or a success component – we agree the model that fits the step. Figures on request.

Day rate

For assessments, workshops and negotiation days.

Fixed-price package

For a defined deliverable: a market-fit study, a contact shortlist, a bid review.

Retainer

For ongoing representation in Europe over several months.

Success component

For customer search and tender work, combined with one of the above.

What a first call looks like.

Thirty minutes, no slides. We ask three questions: what you make, where in Europe you want to sell it, and what has happened so far. You leave with an honest view of the fit and, if it makes sense, a proposal for the first step within a week.

What we do not do.

We do not give legal or tax advice, take equity, or act as an exclusive agent unless we agree it in writing. We do not promise customers we have not spoken to. Where a request is outside what we can deliver, we say so in the first call.

Let's talk about your first European project.
